// sneaky good audio tools
Professional audio apps that actually work. No subscription traps. No bloat. Just genuinely great tools built by someone who cares about sound as much as you do. (The ninja thing is a joke. The quality isn't.)
"Renames the clips. Keeps the deadline."
The naming convention you've been winging since your first session, properly automated. Connect to Pro Tools, drag your elements into order, and preview every clip name colour-coded before a single thing changes in your session. Apply when ready — one click undoes all of it.
"Abrakadabra!"
One click hides every track that has nothing going on at your cursor — leaving only the ones that do. Your hundred-track session becomes exactly as wide as it needs to be, and not a track wider. Autopilot follows the timeline and switches scenes on its own. Fidibus brings everything back.
"The complete arsenal. Maximum stealth."
Both apps. One price. Get John The Baptist and Focus Pocus Fidibus for significantly less than buying them separately. Ideal if you want the whole workflow sorted in one go — which, honestly, you probably do.
What formats are the plugins available in?
VST3 and AU (macOS) are included in every download. AAX and other formats are in the works — email us if you need something specific.
Do I really own it forever? What if you shut down?
Yes. Your download is yours. The license file is stored locally. Even if thesound.ninja disappears tomorrow, your plugin keeps working. We're not going anywhere, but we wanted to answer honestly.
Can I use these on multiple computers?
Yes — your license covers up to 3 machines simultaneously. Home studio, laptop, friend's rig in a pinch. We're not here to make your life harder.
Why "Sound Ninja"?
It started as a joke domain name that somehow stuck. The name is silly. The plugins are not. We've made peace with this.
What's your refund policy?
If something doesn't work as described, email us and we'll sort it out. Lemon Squeezy also handles disputes fairly. We're not interested in keeping money for something that didn't work for you.
The Sound Ninja started as one person who was tired of paying monthly fees for plugins they used twice. So they built their own. Then a few people asked if they could buy them too.
That's the whole story. Small team, big sound, no nonsense. Every app is designed to disappear into your workflow — silent, precise, effective. Like a ninja. (Sorry, had to.)
